This photographs was shot in my editing room using the light coming in through the window and the mirroring effect of the glass of a framed photograph on the wall. Full frame camera; 1/60 shutter speed. F/5.6. ISO 500. Editing: clarity added and shadows enhanced slightly.

1930’s bridge covering a belt strait. The photo was shoot on a dull and gray winters day with just a hint of sun behind the cloud cover – and little bit of wind allowing the slight movement in the water. Gear: 28 mm crop sensor camera, f/8 to get sharpness across the landscape and 1/30 shutter speed. Handheld camera. Polarizer filter used to reduce unwanted light reflection and enhance the mirroring of polls and boats.

Old town canal in historic part of the city. Winter shot in low light but there was still some color in the sky. Taken during a light festival. An installation of small dishes played with the light. Metrotrain and lightbox: Taken just after sunset. 1/60 shutter speed to allow only little motion blur in the train. ISO 6400 and slight noise reduction used in editing. Full frame camera with 35mm, f/8.0 and no filter.
